The Spanish Office Association (AEO) assembles different professionals, companies and institutions linked to the Economic Sector of the Offices in Spain.

Forum is where the interests of our sector are identified, debated and worked.

Founded in 2004, it´s a non-profit, independent and open-minded association.

In 2018, the associated companies represent the property of approx. 9.000.000 m2 of offices.

Activity Areas

Based in Madrid, the AEO has the following activity areas:

• Highlight the Economic Sector of Offices as a first magnitude business segment.
• Interlocution with the public administrations as representative of the Sector.
• Participate in decision-making on urban planning.
• Develop actions to dynamize, professionalize and provide more transparency to the industry.
• Encourage professional contacts and promote networking opportunities.
• Manage the transfer of information, knowledge and training.
