Helen Causer is responsible for the office asset management and leasing at King’s Cross, a 67 acre mixed use redevelopment in Central London, successfully managing the transition from development site to completed asset creating an asset management platform to ensure solid foundations are in place to support long term success.
Helen has been heavily involved in the successful lettings across the Estate including deals with Nike, Universal Music and Havas totalling over 2 million sq ft. In 2018, Helen was a key part of the team responsible for the 615,000 sq ft letting to Facebook – the largest occupational leasing transaction in London in the last decade.
Alongside lettings, Helen focuses on building strong working relationships with her occupiers, striving to go above and beyond the traditional landlord and tenant relationship. She has a strong focus on customer service and staff engagement to in order to support the businesses to thrive.
Helen has a strong interest in health and wellbeing in the workplace and is currently joint chair of Argent’s Wellbeing Committee. Additionally, Helen is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the property industry actively supporting the RREF Pathways to Property initiative.
Helen is a member of the RICS, holds a MA in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science from the University of Bristol.
Outside the office Helen is kept very busy by her family, husband Matthew and two children, Henry and Georgina – often her toughest customers and source of her most challenging negotiations.
