Alfredo Fraile’s background has more than 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources professional at finance sector. Most of his career has been at Grupo Santander, including different responsibilities such as Strategy Manager of HR in Santander UK, with more than 23.000 employees (2013-2016) and Training and Development Manager at Banesto for more than 10.000 employees (2004-2013). He has also led different areas in HR (Talent, Diversity, Culture, among others) in different branches of the Group and its Corporate Center.
Graduated in Economics and Business Sciences at Universidad Complutense of Madrid and MBA Executive from ICADE, he has also taken Management Development programs in a variety of business schools such as the IE (Business Institute), IESE or the HEC Business School of Paris. He is frequent collaborator in several schools and Universities, currently Board Member of CUNEF and member of the Consultative Council of ESIC Business School.
Nowadays, he leads the HR Strategy department of Santander España, following up the enterprise changes in its own environment.
Over the years, he has helped to achieve different recognitions directly linked with Diversity, best enterprise to work with or even innovation in HR, among other things, both in Spain and UK.
